View the Status and History of a Schedule

OrchestraCMS administrators can view the status and history of schedules to verify the emails that have been sent or are waiting to send.

To view the status and history of a schedule

  1. In OrchestraCMS Setup, under Site, click Scheduler.
  2. Under the Name column, select the check box beside the name of the schedule that you want to view; the status page lists pending jobs (for notifications only) and historical jobs.
  3. Click on the ID of a job to view more details.
  4. If sub jobs are listed when you view additional details, you can click on the ID of the sub job to view more details. Sub jobs related to a specific individual’s email contains the subscription tags (taxonomy categories), subscription schedule name, recipient name and email, and a link to view the email sent.
