Create Taxonomy content

A piece of content can be assigned one or more categories from one or more taxonomies.

These are the  content templates associated with the Taxonomy content type.

Taxonomy

The Taxonomy Menu content template is used to place taxonomy categories as a menu on a page. It can be used in conjunction with the Taxonomy Loader content template to dynamically generate content based on the category that a user selects from the taxonomy menu.

Taxonomy loader

The Taxonomy Loader content template is used to display dynamic content when a user clicks on a category in a taxonomy menu or a user clicks on a taxonomy link. It can be used in conjunction with the Taxonomy Menu content template, which creates a taxonomy menu, or it can be used in conjunction with the rich text editor, which allows you to insert a taxonomy link into content.

Taxonomy subscription

The Taxonomy Subscription content template is used to allow users to subscribe to taxonomy categories. It can be used in conjunction with email notifications, which are outside the scope of this user guide.
