  • A full fallback happens when the system found no match between the user's query and the items existing in the catalog.
  • A partial fallback happens when the system found a partial match between the user's query and the items existing in the catalog. For example: the shopper searched for "Blue Pumps" and the system only found a match for "blue" since the shop carries blue items but no Pumps.

Merchandising

The Merchandising tab shows a paginated list of all queries containing promoted or prohibited products along with the refinements for each of those queries. Selecting one of the queries takes you into the details of the query as though you had run it from the Search Queries box.
